About DNAYourDog.com

DNAYourDog.com is an independent comparison and review website that helps dog owners compare popular canine DNA tests so they can choose a kit that fits their goals—breed curiosity, ancestry, or genetic health screening to discuss with a veterinarian.

Important: DNAYourDog.com is not DNA My Dog (dnamydog.com) and is not owned by, operated by, or affiliated as the same company as DNA My Dog or Cdn Dog Group Ltd. We are a separate publisher. DNA My Dog is one of several brands we may review or link to as an affiliate partner.

Our mission

Cut through marketing noise with clear feature comparisons, honest pros and cons, and up-to-date price ranges (noted as of 2026). We focus on practical decision-making, not hype.

How we make money

We are an affiliate comparison site operated independently. When you click certain links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That support keeps the site running. It does not change our commitment to disclose trade-offs and avoid invented medical claims. Read the full affiliate disclosure.

What we are not

We are not a veterinary clinic, diagnostic lab, DNA testing company, or medical advice service. We do not sell or process DNA kits ourselves. Always consult a licensed veterinarian about your dog’s health.
